My Library Association (OLA) has just launched our new website and it includes Ontario School Library Association (OSLA) pages. The Teaching Librarian is the magazine of the OSLA and the latest issue Fall 2011, is available online.
I wrote an article for my EDES 540 Introduction to Teacher-Librarianship course about a reading group for boys (pages 24-27). Alanna King, a colleague also in the TLDL program has written, Exploring Alternatives. (pages 18-19).
The introduction of the new OLA website and online access to a professional magazine for teacher-librarians in Ontario is great news.
